TAKE NOTE OF CLOSE DATES!
Customizable designs are designs I do not have on hand. I close out orders for these based on the close date listed on each item.
For example: if the close date shows 2/15/25, then the designs are not ordered until the end of the day on 2/15/25.
This means on the morning of 2/16/25, I will submit my designs to my printer and order all the blank tops. It takes up to 7 business days to receive both my prints and blanks (usually less, but 7 to be safe). It then takes me 24 hours to press and then ship.
So in the end, if close date is 2/15/25 your item won't ship until around 2/25/25 and depending on the shipping method you choose can take another 2 or 3 shipping days to arrive to you. You'll receive tracking information once I ship it so you can follow your package.
