⚠️ How Custom Orders Work — Please Read!

Every item has a close date. That's the date we stop taking orders and submit everything to print. Here's what the timeline looks like:

• Close date = last day to order
• Day after close date = designs submitted to printer, blank shirts ordered
• Up to 7 business days to receive prints and blanks from suppliers
• 24 hours to press and ship once everything arrives
• Add 2–3 days for shipping to your door

Example: Close date of 2/15 → expect your order to ship around 2/25, plus transit time. You'll receive tracking once it ships.

🚫 No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

All customized items are final sale. If something arrives with an issue, reach out immediately — do not remove tags or discard packing materials.
